Our commitment
Otto is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508.
Conformance status
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML and landmark regions for assistive technologies.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Sufficient color contrast for body text and interactive elements.
- Descriptive alt text for meaningful images and ARIA labels for icon-only controls.
- Form fields with associated labels and clear error messaging.
- Responsive layout that supports zoom up to 200% and reflow on mobile.
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to address any gaps and welcome feedback so we can prioritize fixes.
