Otto ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on getotto.live (the "Site"), why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• Waitlist information. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the short description you submit about the agent you'd like to see built.
• Usage data. We collect basic technical information (browser type, device, pages visited, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP).

2. How we use information

• To operate the Site and respond to waitlist submissions.
• To send transactional and product update emails about Otto.
• To measure marketing performance (e.g. Google Ads conversions) when you consent.
• To prevent abuse and secure the Site.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

We rely on your consent for marketing analytics and on legitimate interests for operating and securing the Site. You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie preferences link in the footer.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with processors who help us run Otto, including hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, and (with consent) Google Ads for conversion measurement.

5. Retention

We retain waitlist data until you ask us to delete it or until the waitlist program ends. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising. 7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States. By using the Site you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries.
