2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Otto products. We may change, delay, or cancel the program at any time. Submissions you make (e.g. agent ideas) are non-confidential and may be used by us to inform product development without obligation to you.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the Site.
• Don't use the Site to send spam or harvest data about others.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, and trademarks, is owned by Otto or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without permission.

5. Third-party services

The Site may include links or integrations with third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimers

8. Indemnity

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
